The Gift of Water
Did you know that you can provide someone clean drinking water for the price of a cup of coffee*. IGF provides clean drinking water for the children in their schools as well as for needy isolated communities by the provision of water bore holes . This helps address the water shortage problem so prevalent in northern Uganda.

The Gift of Powdered Milk
Baby Lamunu was 16 months old and weighed only 4Kg. Thankfully she was discovered by an IGF worker just in time and is now being cared for in our children’s medical centre. Here nutritional and medical experts have designed a feeding program that includes formula, cow’s milk, bread, fruit, eggs, vegetables and greens to ensure that children grow up healthy and strong in their critical first years.

The Gift of Nutrition
Each of IGF’s primary schools provide 2 meals a day for the children, which not only provides vital nutrition, it also helps the children focus on their learning.
